Upon registration, points are not confirmed immediately , but are awarded with a "Pending" status.
Subsequently, 7 days after the check-out date of the stay , the points automatically change status to "Confirmed", provided that the stay was actually completed.

In the event that the stay is cancelled or not enjoyed, the points go from "Pending" to "Cancelled" status.

Only points with a “Confirmed” status are eligible for redemption into rewards.
