1. Program Description
   The Italiana Hotels x HelloClick Rewards Program (hereafter "Program") is a joint promotional initiative between Italiana Hotels and HelloClick, designed to reward customers who make bookings at Italiana Hotels properties or through affiliated partners. The Program allows participants to accumulate loyalty points ("Points") that can be redeemed for prizes, exclusive benefits, and personalized experiences.
    

2. Program Registration
   Participation in the Program is free and open to all individuals over the age of majority. To register, you need to:

• Register on the HelloClick.it portal using a valid email address.

• Accept these Terms and Conditions during the registration process.

1. Accumulating Points
   Points can be accumulated through the following methods:

• Direct bookings: making bookings at Italiana Hotels properties (Cosenza, Florence, Milan Rho Fair) through the official websites or by contacting the properties directly.

• Bookings through partners: making bookings through affiliate platforms like Booking.com, LastMinute, RentalCar, and other selected partners, using the links provided by HelloClick.

Note: Points will be credited only if the booking is associated with the participant's HelloClick account and the stay is successfully completed.

1. Validity and Expiration of Points
   Accumulated Points are valid for 12 months from the date of crediting. Any new activity that generates Points (e.g., a new booking) will automatically extend the validity of all Points on the account for an additional 12 months.
    

2. Redeeming Points for Prizes
   Points can be redeemed for a variety of prizes, including:

• Amazon vouchers: sent via email to the address associated with the HelloClick account.

• Physical items: such as bags, backpacks, suitcases, and accessories, shipped to the address provided by the participant at no additional cost.

• Experiences: stays, dinners, and other experiences offered by Italiana Hotels or affiliated partners.

Note: Some prizes may be subject to availability. In case of unavailability, alternative prizes of equivalent value will be offered.

1. Limitations and Restrictions

• Points are personal and non-transferable to third parties.

• Points cannot be accumulated for bookings made in the name of other people, unless they are multiple bookings managed through a HelloClick Business account, if available.

• Points cannot be converted into cash.

• Italiana Hotels and HelloClick reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with prior notification to registered participants.
